Soak the 8 sheets of gelatin in cold water. Puree the aloe vera fillet. Then mix the quark, the berries, the bourbon vanilla, 2 tablespoons of honey and a pinch of salt together, whip the cream and fold it into the aloe vera mixture. Now dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water, the water must not boil! and then stir the dissolved gelatin into the prepared aloe vera mixture.
