- 60 g Rapunzel lamb's lettuce
- 8 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 10 piece Bickberries
- 1 tsp Balsamic wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Nuts, chopped
Salad starter:
Clean the lamb's lettuce and soak it briefly and add it to the serving bowls as a base layer. Water the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them on the lettuce, rinse the bickberries and let them roll over the lettuce, add nuts. Serve briefly with the sweet wine vinegar and a little oil - done.
