Breakfast, Snack: Healthy Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 200 g Hearty oat flakes
  • 2 Pc. Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 70 g Sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Shelled hemp seeds
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Nut butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Puree the bananas, honey, nut butter and cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a sticky mass. Place in a rectangular baking dish (lined with baking paper) and smooth out (approx. 2 cm high).
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees top / bottom heat (or 170 degrees convection) on the middle rack for about 20 - 23 minutes until golden yellow. Then let it cool and cut into rectangular bars.
