Breakfast, Snack: Healthy Granola Bars
The perfect breakfast, snack: healthy granola bars recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Hearty oat flakes
- 2 Pc. Bananas
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 70 g Sunflower seeds
- 40 g Shelled hemp seeds
- 50 g Raisins
- 2 tbsp Nut butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- Puree the bananas, honey, nut butter and cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a sticky mass. Place in a rectangular baking dish (lined with baking paper) and smooth out (approx. 2 cm high).
- Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees top / bottom heat (or 170 degrees convection) on the middle rack for about 20 – 23 minutes until golden yellow. Then let it cool and cut into rectangular bars.
