Tagliatelle Salad with Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Tuna in oil
  • 150 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 piece Diced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper from the mill to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Extra sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Put the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water. Then cook on the lowest setting from the stove without a lid on the pan until al dente. Sieve and place in a bowl.
  • Mix with onions, tomatoes and spices. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now mix the tuna with the oil and the extra oil in it. Season to taste and then let the salad stand for approx. 1 - 1.5 hours. Good Appetite.
