The dough is slightly sticky, fold the dough a few times with a spatula and pull it over each other.
Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. The 4th apple, should be a nice red color, halve, quarter and remove the core. Then cut the wedge into thin slices and set aside. Mix the apple pieces into the yeast dough.

Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla paste into sprinkles and spread on top of the cake. Then bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with the warm cream, bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
