Apple Yeast Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 g Dry yeast
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla paste
  • 400 g Flour
  • 4 Apples red
  • 50 g Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla paste

  • 130 ml Cream warm

Instructions

  • Mix the yeast and a little sugar with the lukewarm milk.
  • Mix the butter, the rest of the sugar, and the vanilla paste together. Gradually add the eggs. Then stir in the warm yeast milk. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  • The dough is slightly sticky, fold the dough a few times with a spatula and pull it over each other.
  • Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. The 4th apple, should be a nice red color, halve, quarter and remove the core. Then cut the wedge into thin slices and set aside. Mix the apple pieces into the yeast dough.
  • Line a 28 cm springform pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
  • Put the apple yeast dough in the springform pan and smooth it out a little. Cover the pan again and let rise for about 30 minutes. Then arrange the apple wedges with the red side up like sun rays on the proofed dough.
  • Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla paste into sprinkles and spread on top of the cake. Then bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with the warm cream, bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • After baking, let cool on a wire rack, remove from the mold, remove the baking paper and place on a cake plate.
