Breakfast: Nut and Oat Waffles

- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 80 g Oatmeal
- 60 g Walnuts
- 60 g Hazelnuts
- 100 ml Milk, e.g. Oat milk
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Ground ginger
- 1 Msp Cardamom
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside the egg whites. Grind the oatmeal with the nuts. Mix the egg yolks with the maple syrup, spices, salt, milk and ground nut flour. Finally, carefully fold in the egg whites.
Bake the batter in the waffle iron.
