Meat and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

  • 200 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 150 g Pork tenderloin
  • 100 g Brown mushrooms
  • 200 g 4 onions
  • 200 g 1 Red pepper
  • 200 g 1 yellow pepper
  • 200 g 1 green pepper
  • 200 ml Sunflower oil
  • 12 piece Shish kebab chopsticks

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into small slices. Clean / brush and halve the mushrooms. Peel and quarter the onions and assemble in wedges. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Thread all ingredients alternately on the shashlik sticks and slowly cook / fry in 2 pans from all sides. Serve the meat and vegetable skewers with baguette and various barbecue sauces.
