Meat and Vegetable Skewers

The perfect meat and vegetable skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 150 g Pork tenderloin
  • 100 g Brown mushrooms
  • 200 g 4 Zwiebeln
  • 200 g 1 rote Paprika
  • 200 g 1 gelbe Paprika
  • 200 g 1 grüne Paprika
  • 200 ml Sunflower oil
  • 12 piece Shish kebab chopsticks
  1. Cut the meat into small slices. Clean / brush and halve the mushrooms. Peel and quarter the onions and assemble in wedges. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Thread all ingredients alternately on the shashlik sticks and slowly cook / fry in 2 pans from all sides. Serve the meat and vegetable skewers with baguette and various barbecue sauces.
