Mixed Salad with Turkey Strips
Servings: 2 people
- 300 g Seasoned turkey schnitzel
- 1 piece Paprika
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 60 g Radish
- 125 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 100 g Lamb's lettuce
- 0,5 piece Onion
- Chives
- Parsley
- 2,5 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- 2,5 El Olive oil
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
- Baguette
Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and briefly brown the meat while turning.
Wash and cut the bell peppers, cucumber, radishes and tomatoes. Clean the lamb's lettuce and drain well.
Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and drain the chives and parsley.
Mix vinegar, onion, mustard, a little salt and pepper. Finally, beat in the olive oil, chives and parsley. Add dressing over lettuce and turkey strips. Serve with fresh baguette.
