Mixed Salad with Turkey Strips

  • 300 g Seasoned turkey schnitzel
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 60 g Radish
  • 125 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 0,5 piece Onion
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • 2,5 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • 2,5 El Olive oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Baguette


  • Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and briefly brown the meat while turning.
  • Wash and cut the bell peppers, cucumber, radishes and tomatoes. Clean the lamb's lettuce and drain well.
  • Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and drain the chives and parsley.
  • Mix vinegar, onion, mustard, a little salt and pepper. Finally, beat in the olive oil, chives and parsley. Add dressing over lettuce and turkey strips. Serve with fresh baguette.
