Roasted Veal Liver with Pears

Ingredients

  • 1 beautiful disc Veal liver
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter with salt
  • 1 small Pear freshly soft
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a pan, let the liver soak in it, not too hot. Fry on both sides and add the pear that I cut into wedges. May take 6 min. Overall (depends on the strength of the liver) Take out, place on a warm plate, put the pear wedges next to it. Pour the butter that is still left in the pan over the liver and just enjoy.
