Roasted Veal Liver with Pears
The perfect roasted veal liver with pears recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 beautiful disc Veal liver
- 1 Tablespoon Butter with salt
- 1 small Pear freshly soft
- Salt
- Melt the butter in a pan, let the liver soak in it, not too hot. Fry on both sides and add the pear that I cut into wedges. May take 6 min. Overall (depends on the strength of the liver) Take out, place on a warm plate, put the pear wedges next to it. Pour the butter that is still left in the pan over the liver and just enjoy.
