Melon Mozzarella Ham Platter

- 1 Honeydew melon
- 200 g Raw ham
- 200 g Parma, Serano, Black Forests ...
- 250 g Mozzarella minis
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 8 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Telly cherry pepper
Quarter the melon and remove the core, peel and cut into wedges. Spread out on a serving platter along the edge. Then trap the ham of your choice (with us Serano & Black Forest ham) unmixed or mixed with the melon and place the drained mozzarella in the middle!
Then pluck the basil leaves and puree with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt! Spread over the melon, ham and mozzarella. Finally pepper! Serve with a baguette or other bread! Served as a main course, but also works great as a starter on small plates! :-)
