  • 1 half Sliced ​​leek
  • 20 g Mild coconut fat
  • 8 medium sized Potatoes
  • 60 g Vegan butter
  • 60 ml Almond milk
  • Salt
  • Mace

Instructions

  • Cut the seitan into small strips and mix with the gyros spice and let it steep a little.
  • Sear the cut seitan in coconut oil and add the finely chopped leek and sear it well.
  • Peel, wash and boil the potatoes, add the butter, almond milk, salt and nutmeg and mash and stir well.

Serving

  • Put the seitan leek gyros on preheated plates and add the mashed potatoes with a serving ring ... the whole thing was really delicious ... with a cucumber and apple salad
