Potato Salad with Sausages and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2,8 kg Waxy potatoes with their skin on
  • 16 Wiener sausages
  • 10 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 4 medium Fresh onion
  • 10 Clove of garlic
  • 10 Pickled cucumber
  • 600 g Emmental
  • 500 ml Mayonnaise
  • 500 ml Salad cream
  • Beef bouillon
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Ground white pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the potatoes for approx. 15-20 minutes with the addition of sea salt, then drain, peel and cut into slices. Dice the onions and garlic and fry until golden. Dice the hard-boiled cheese and the cucumber. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Put the whole thing in a large bowl and mix with the mayonnaise and the cream of the salad. Season to taste with the beef stock and pepper
