Potatoes: Parmesan Potatoes
Servings: 2 people
- 4 Potatoes big and boiled, rest
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs, self-grated
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into thick slices. (approx. 1 cm)
Mix the Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs, pepper and salt and roll the potato slices in it. Perhaps press the breading down a little.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and bake the breaded potato slices on both sides until golden.
I then spread the remaining breading on the potatoes so that the flavor layer is a little thicker.
