Potatoes: Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes big and boiled, rest
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs, self-grated
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into thick slices. (approx. 1 cm)
  • Mix the Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs, pepper and salt and roll the potato slices in it. Perhaps press the breading down a little.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and bake the breaded potato slices on both sides until golden.
  • I then spread the remaining breading on the potatoes so that the flavor layer is a little thicker.
