Bacon Potato Salad Sweet

- 750 g Potato
- 70 g Fat bacon
- 20 g Sugar
- Salt pepper
Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them after they have cooled down.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and slowly let it out in a pan on a low heat until it is light brown.
Cut the potatoes into slices and fill them in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Pour the fat over the potatoes with the bacon.
Season with salt and pepper and stir well and add the sugar.
Cover with aluminum foil and leave to stand in the oven at 50 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm
