Bacon Potato Salad Sweet

  • 750 g Potato
  • 70 g Fat bacon
  • 20 g Sugar
  • Salt pepper


  • Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them after they have cooled down.
  • Cut the bacon into small cubes and slowly let it out in a pan on a low heat until it is light brown.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices and fill them in a glass or ceramic bowl.
  • Pour the fat over the potatoes with the bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir well and add the sugar.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and leave to stand in the oven at 50 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm
