- Ungazifumana iiresiphi zesonka esimnandi se-spelled buckwheat chia kunye ne-pesto hummus kwincwadi yam yokupheka. Qala uthobe izilayi ezibini zesonka uze ugalele ngesosi yesoya ukuba uyathanda. Gcoba zombini izilayi ngokutyebileyo ngepesto hummus.
- Fudumeza ioyile yekhokhonathi epanini kwaye uqhotse amaqanda amabini aqhotsiweyo ngobushushu obuphakathi. Ndiyayithanda ne-yolk firm, ndiye ndayixuba kube kanye. Beka amaqanda aqhotsiweyo kwisonka kwaye ufefe nge-nori seaweed flakes kunye nembewu emnyama yesesame. Ityuwa kunye nepepper njengoko kufuneka.
