- 2 IPc. I-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo entsha, inqunywe
- I-oyile ye-olivu
- 500 g IBeetroot
- 1 tsp Iikopi ezinqunqiweyo
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp imaple syrup
- 1 tsp Lwesinaphi seDijon
- 0,5 tsp Itheyibhile yehorseradish
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- Ipepile emnyama evela kwilitye
