- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 1 tbsp Ulwelo lokuqhotsa
- 500 g Iitapile (ezithathu)
- 1 tsp ityuwa

I-Bell pepper steaks:
