Izithako
1. I-Marinade:
- 700 g Ifillet yenkukhu yenkukhu
- 1 tsp I-Chili Powder (iresiphi edweliswe ngokwahlukeneyo)
- 2 tbsp Ijusi yelamuni esandula ukuculwa
- 0,25 tsp ityuwa
2. I-Marinade:
- Iityhubhu zeefillet zenkukhu ezipickled
- 100 g Iyogurt 30%
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi (amagqabi efenugreek)
- 1 tsp UGaram Masala
- 1 tsp Ioli yeChili
- 1 tsp I-oyile ye-olivu
- 1 tbsp Intlama ye-Garlic-Ginger (iresiphi edweliswe ngokwahlukeneyo)
Isosi yebhotolo:
- 80 g ibhotolo
- 2 ubungakanani obuphakathi Anyanisi
- 1 tbsp iswekile
- 0,25 tsp Cardamom
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,75 tsp Iiclove zomhlaba
- 1 tbsp I-garlic kunye ne-ginger paste
- 650 g Iitumato ad Can zinqunqwe
- 1 tbsp Umgubo wepaprika
- 1 tsp UGaram Masala
- 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
- 100 ml I-Cream kunye nento njenge-topping
- 1,5 tbsp Ibhotela le-almond
- Kusenokwenzeka ukuba i-cayenne okanye umgubo wetshilisi ukwenzela isinongo

Ukuveliswa komgubo wetshilisi f.d. ubonelelo oluncinci:

I-garlic-ginger-paste (i-garlic-ginger-paste):
