- I-peel i-carrot, i-parsley ingcambu, i-celery, iitapile, i-turnip, i-anyanisi kunye negalikhi. Sika i-leek ibe ngamasongo, hlamba, uhlambe utamatisi. Hlamba kwaye udayisi imifuno emi-6 yokuqala. Gaya igalikhi. I-tomato yenza isiqingatha, susa i-stalk kunye nekota. Dice ibhakoni.
- Fudumeza ioli epanini enkulu kwaye utshise i-bacon kunye ne-anyanisi, uze ugcobe i-tomato paste kunye negalikhi! Yongeza imifuno ngaphandle kweetamatato, xuba kakuhle kwaye gazinga ngokufutshane, uze ungeze utamatisi kunye ne-deglaze ngamanzi. Yongeza amaqunube ejunipha, amagqabi e-bay, iinkozo ze-allspice, imace, ityuwa enongwe kunye nepepile yegalikhi! Xuba yonke into kakuhle.
- Beka isiciko kwaye upheke imizuzu engama-20! Emva koko yongeza i-marjoram kunye ne-lovage! Emva koko susa iinkozo ze-spice kunye namaqabunga e-bay kwaye, ukuba kuyimfuneko, phinda kwakhona ngetyuwa, i-garip pepper, i-pepper kunye ne-nutmeg! Puree enye isuphu, kodwa akunyanzelekanga ukuba 🙂 Cokisa ngetshizi ekhrimu!
