Inkukhu eBakiweyo:

- 100 g I-Panko (iimvuthuluka zezonka)

Irayisi efrayiwe:
- 500 g Irayisi ephekiweyo
- 3 I-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo
- 2 IiKaroti
- 1 Itswele
- 150 g Iifama
- 3 amaqanda
- 2 tbsp Ioyile ekhutshiwe
- 2 tbsp Isosi yaseTshayina
- 2 tbsp Irayisi iviniga
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 2 cm Ijinja entsha
- 1 songe Ityuwa enongwe

Inkukhu eBakiweyo:
- Yinqumle inkukhu. Hlanganisa i-cornstarch, umgubo, amanzi, i-soy sauce, i-mace kunye netyuwa enongwe. Xuba ikhonkco kunye nayo kwaye uyivumele inyuke malunga nemizuzu engama-20!
Irayisi efrayiwe:

Emva koko utyhale yonke into emphethweni kwaye ubethe amaqanda phakathi, vumela izikhupha zeqanda ziphume, zime ngokufutshane kwaye udibanise nemifuno. Emva koko wongeza irayisi kunye nee-ertyisi.
- Fry irayisi eqhotsiweyo imizuzu emi-5 kunye nexesha kunye ne-soy sauce, iviniga yerayisi, i-sambal kunye netyuwa.
