- 1 tbsp Isosi yesoya eswiti
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 0,5 tsp Sambal Oelek
I-mini pak choi eqhotsiweyo:
- 140 g 4 mini pak choi
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 2 tbsp I-oyile ye-olivu
- 1 tsp Isosi yesoya ekhanyayo
- 1 tsp Isosi emnyama yesoya
- 1 tsp Isosi yesoya eswiti
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye

- Coca kwaye uhlambe i-Pak Choi, i-blanch emanzini anetyuwa (i-teaspoon ye-1 yetyuwa) malunga nemizuzu emi-2, susa kwaye usike kwisiqingatha ubude. Ukushisa ioli yeoli (2 tbsp) epanini, faka i-mini pak choi kwi-cut and fry light. Gxuma ngomxube wesosi yesoya ekhanyayo (i-teaspoon e-1), i-soy sauce emnyama (i-teaspoon e-1) kunye ne-soy sauce e-sweet (1 ithisipuni).
