- Geza imifuno, ugubungele kakuhle kwaye ubeke kwi-blender (okanye i-blender yesandla) kunye nekhilimu emuncu (500 g), ukhilimu omuncu (250 g), amaqanda amabini abilisiwe, iviniga yewayini (i-1 tsp), ioli yeoli ( I-1 tsp), i-mustard (i-½ yetisipuni), ityuwa (i-½ ithisipuni), ipepile (i-pinch eyi-1) kunye ne-zest ye-lemon ixube kakuhle.

- Geza amazambane, upheke emanzini anetyuwa (1 ithispoon) malunga nemizuzu engama-20, ukhuphe kwaye ukhuphe.
