Izithako
I-asparagus kunye ne-Hollandaise sauce:
- 1 kg I-asparagus entsha
- 1 tsp ityuwa

- 250 ml 1 iphakheji hollandaise sauce
- 1 tbsp ibhotolo
Inyama ebilisiweyo:
- 200 g / 6 izilayi Pheka iham
