Irayisi yebasmati etyheli:
- Kungcono ukupheka irayisi ngosuku olungaphambili. Ukwenza oku, galela irayisi kwi-350 ml yamanzi anetyuwa (i-1 ithisipuni yetyuwa) kunye ne-turmeric (i-teaspoon e-1), yizisa kwi-thumba ngokufutshane ngelixa uvuselela kwaye upheke elona bushushu lisezantsi malunga nemizuzu engama-20 ngesiciko. Ixesha kunye ne-soy sauce emnandi (i-1 tbsp), i-soy sauce elula (i-1 tbsp) kunye nesitokisi senkukhu esheshayo (2 tsp). Yongeza / phinda irayisi, xuba / ugxobhoze.
