Isosi:
- 2 Anyanisi
- 250 g I-Paprika, ebomvu
- 100 ml Isiselo somdiliya esibomvu
- 200 ml Umhluzi wemifuno
- 200 ml Iitumato ezihluziweyo
- 6 Gherkins
- 1 tbsp Unamathisele utamatisi
- 1 tbsp Ioli yeChili
- Umgubo wepaprika

Cutlet:
- Hlanza i-schnitzel, yomile kwaye, ukuba kuyimfuneko, iplate encinci, ityuwa kunye nepepper.
- Ukubetha amaqanda kunye. Okokuqala faka i-schnitzels kumgubo, uze uwakhuphe ngamaqanda kwaye ekugqibeleni uwaguqule kwi-breadcrumbs.
- Fudumeza ibhotela yamafutha epanini kwaye uqhotse i-schnitzel kumacala omabini malunga nemizuzu emi-4.
Isau:
