- 0,5 tsp ityuwa
- 0,25 tsp Ipelepele
- 2 tsp Umgubo wekhari ophakathi
- 6 tbsp Ukupheka ukhilimu
- 1 tbsp Isitatshi sombona
I-Celery puree:
- 1 Iglowubhu yeCelery 1 kg / icociwe 800 g
- 2 tsp ityuwa
- 1 Ukupheka ukhilimu 200 g
- 1 tbsp Ijusi yekalika / ngenye indlela: ijusi yelamuni
- 0,5 tsp iswekile
- 1 tbsp ibhotolo
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 100 g Ukupheka ukhilimu

Ifillet yenkukhu yenkukhu egalelwe kwi-curry cream:
- Vumela iifayili zesifuba zenkukhu zincibilike kancinci, zihlambe, zome ngephepha lekhitshi kwaye zinqumle zibe yimichilo. Coca / ibrashi kunye nekota amakhowa. Ncoba amagqabi eparsley kwiziqu. I-Celery puree:
