- 20 ml Ijusi yelime

- Puree isiqingatha samaqunube akhenkcezisiweyo, i-créme fraíche kunye nekhrimu. Yongeza amaqunube aseleyo emva komnye uze uwabeke kwisikhenkcisi.
- Kwi-compote, i-caramelize iswekile kunye ne-deglaze kunye nejusi ye-orenji esanda kuculwa kunye nejusi yekalika. Yongeza intlama ye-caramel kwaye uvumele ukunyibilika ngelixa uvuselela. Susa imbiza kwisitovu kunye nexesha lokunambitha. Sika iinqununu ze-fillet kwii-oranges uze uzifake kwi-sauce.
