- 200 g I-ceshew nuts ezinqunqwe
- 150 ml Ukhilimu omnandi
- 150 ml Ubisi okanye ubisi lwemifuno
- 4 Qhekeza Amaqanda ezinto eziphilayo

- Bilisa iitapile kwizikhumba zabo, xa sele zigqibile, ziyeke zizipholise kancinci kwaye zihlube, zinqumle zibe ngamaqhekeza, zibeke kwisitya sokubhaka kwaye ufefe ityuwa yemifuno.
- I-Steam i-broccoli florets emanzini amancinci kunye nomhluzi wemifuno okanye ityuwa nje, kufuneka ihlale iqinile kwi-bite, isasaze phezu kwezilayi zamazambane.
