Isosi yeCurry / iCurry Dip
I-curry sauce egqibeleleyo / i-curry dip iresiphi enomfanekiso kunye nemiyalelo elula yesinyathelo-nge-nyathelo.
- 1 Itswele elibomvu
- 0,5 Chopped hot peppers
- 20 g ijinja entsha
- 5 piece Fresh tomatoes, alternatively 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tbsp i-curry
- 200 ml yeCola
- 1 cofa ityuwa
- I-1 pinch yeswekile
- Cut the onion into small cubes. Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces. Fry the onions until translucent, add the sliced ginger. Stir in the pepperoni and curry. Deglaze with cola and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes. Now add the tomatoes. Add salt and sugar to taste.
