Izithako
yeebhola zenyama:
- 1 IPc. I-clove yegalikhi
- 500 g Inyama egayiweyo

- 0,5 tsp I-coriander yomhlaba

- 2 tbsp I-parsley eqoshiwe okanye i-coriander

- 500 ml Iitumato ezihluziweyo
- 400 ml Ubisi lweKoconut
- 1 cm ijinja
- 1 IPc. I-clove yegalikhi
- 1 IPc. Itswele
- 2 tbsp I-Ghee okanye ioli yekakhukhunathi
- 2 tsp I-coriander yomhlaba
- 1 tsp Ikumin yangaphantsi
- 1 tsp Umgubo wepaprika oswiti
- 1 tsp IGaram masala
- Ityuwa pepper
- 1 tsp Umgubo womhluzi wemifuno

- Kwi-sauce, hlambulula i-ginger, i-garlic kunye ne-anyanisi kwaye uyinqumle kakuhle. Fudumeza i-ghee okanye ioyile yekhokhonathi epanini uze ugalele itswele kuyo.
