Imifuno:
- 4 amancinane I-anyanisi, ebomvu

Kumhluzi:
- 400 g Amanzi ecoconut
- 6 g Umhluzi wenkukhu, i-Kraft bouillon
- 1 tbsp I-Aji-No-Moto (i-glutamate yococeko oluphezulu)
- 1 tbsp Isosi yeOyster, (Saus Tiram)
- 1 tsp Irayisi yewayini iviniga, icacile, ithambile
- 1 tsp Ishukela elimhlophe
- Ityuwa kunye nepepile emnyama ukunambitha
Ukuhombisa:

imiyalelo
Imifuno:
- Kwimifuno, vala i-anyanisi kunye ne-garlic cloves kwiziphelo zombini, zihlube kwaye zinqumle ngokukhawuleza zibe ngamaqhekeza.
