Izithako
Porcini amakhowa: (Kubantu aba-4!)
- 250 g I-Mett (isiqingatha sehagu kunye nesiqingatha senkomo)
- 200 g Porcini amakhowa *) (Apha: uziqokelele!)
- 1/2 bun ukususela izolo
- 100 g 1 Itswele
- 2 Qhekeza Iziciko zegalikhi
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 tsp Ipelepele
- 1 tsp I-paprika emnandi
- 1 tsp Umgubo wekhari ophakathi
- 1 tsp Imbewu yecaraway epheleleyo
- 50 g Iintyikrakra
- 0,5 YeNdebe Ioli yelanga
Isau:
- 1 tbsp Umfula
- 200 ml Umhluzi ocacileyo (iitispuni enye yomhluzi okhawulezileyo)
- 1 tbsp I-Crème fraîche kunye nemifuno yokupheka
- 1 iphinki enkulu ityuwa
- 1 iphinki enkulu iswekile
Imifuno yeertyisi kunye nekarothi:
- 1 encinci inako Iiertyisi ezineminqathe ezongezelelweyo ezicolekileyo / ubunzima obugayiweyo 130 g
- 1 tbsp ibhotolo
- 2 tbsp Iparsley egayiweyo
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
Izihlandlo ezithathu:
- 300 g Iitapile ezintathu (ezincinci, iitapile ezine-waxy / iziqwenga ezili-16)
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 tsp I-turmeric yomhlaba
- 1 tsp Imbewu yecaraway epheleleyo

imiyalelo
Porcini amakhowa:
- Ukucoca / ukuxubha amakhowa amatye kwaye unqumle kwiibhubhu ezincinci. Zicwilise iiroli zayizolo emanzini kwaye uzikhame ziphume kakuhle. I-Peel kwaye udayize itswele. I-peel kunye ne-dice i-clove yegalikhi. Zonke izithako (200 g cep mushroom iityhubhu, 250 g inyama egayiweyo, ½ umqulu ogayiweyo, 100 g iityhubhu zetswele. 2 cloves of ikonofile, diceded, 1 iqanda, 1 icephe letyuwa, icephe lepepile, icephe eli-1 paprika, icephe eli-1 umgubo wekhari kunye netispuni enye yembewu yecaraway epheleleyo) kwisitya kwaye udibanise / uxove kakuhle. Isau:
