Isuphu yemifuno yetapile:
- 800 g Iitapile ezinkulu, ezinamanzi
- 400 g Iminqathe (apha: izilayi zekherothi / imveliso yeTK)
- 200 g Iieks (apha: amakhonkco e-leek / imveliso ye-TK)
- 200 g 2 anyanisi
- 2 Qhekeza Iziciko zegalikhi
- 2 tbsp ibhotolo
- 2 ilitha Umhluzi wemifuno (amacephe ama-8 umhluzi okhawulezileyo)
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 tsp Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 1 tsp I-marjoram egayiweyo
- 1 tbsp I-Maggi wort
Porcini amakhowa:
- 400 g Amakhowa amatsha eporcini
- 2 tbsp ibhotolo
- 125 g Iityhubhu zeHam
- 75 g 1 Itswele
- 100 ml amanzi
- 75 g Ucwambu eqhuqhiwe

Isuphu yemifuno yetapile:
- I-Peel kwaye uhlambe amazambane kwaye uthathe iibhubhu ezincinci. I-anyanisi i-peel kwaye unqumle i-anyanisi. I-peel kunye ne-dice i-clove yegalikhi.
