Iiprawn ezinamakhowa kubisi lwekhokhonathi yekhari ebomvu kwi-wok:
- 320 g Iiprawn ezikhenkcezisiweyo / iziqwenga ezili-14
- 2 tbsp Ijusi yelamuni
- 115 g Amakhowa amhlophe
- 75 g 1 Itswele
- 50 g I-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo
- 2 Qhekeza Iziciko zegalikhi
- 10 g 1 iqhekeza lejinja ehlutshiwe
- 1 ipepile ebomvu
- 2 tbsp Ioli yePeanut
- 200 ml Umhluzi wenkukhu (1 ithisipuni yomhluzi okhawulezileyo)
- 150 ml Ubisi lweKoconut
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Intlama yekhari ebomvu
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 1 izitshizi ezinamandla Ijusi yelamuni
- 1 tbsp Isosi yesoya eswiti
- 1 tbsp Isitashi seTapioca
Irayisi yebasmati etyheli:
- 75 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 275 ml amanzi
- 0,5 tsp ityuwa
- 0,5 tsp I-turmeric yomhlaba

Iiprawns ezinamakhowa kubisi lwekakhukhunathi ebomvu
- Gcoba i-shrimp ngejusi ye-lemon, i-defrost, uhlambulule kakuhle phantsi kwamanzi abandayo kwaye uyomile kwiphepha lekhitshi. Ukucoca / ukuxubha ama-mushroom, susa isiqu, unqumle kwaye usike nganye ibe ngamaqhekeza ama-3. I-peel kunye nesiqingatha i-anyanisi, yinqumle kwiindawo ezi-3 kwaye udibanise zibe ngamaqhekeza. Coca kwaye uhlambe i-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo kwaye usike i-diagonally ngamakhonkco. I-peel kunye ne-dice i-clove yegalikhi kunye nejinja. Coca/coca i-chilli pepper, yihlambe kwaye uyinqumle idayisi. Ekugqibeleni, jiya ngetapioca starch (1 tbsp) inyibilikiswe emanzini amancinci abandayo.
Irayisi yebasmati etyheli:
- Zisa irayisi ye-basmati (‘75 g) emanzini anetyuwa (275ml zamanzi / ½ itispuni yetyuwa) kunye ne-turmeric yomhlaba (½ itispuni) ukuba ibile, uxovule kwaye upheke kwelona nqanaba lisezantsi malunga noku. Imizuzu engama-20. Soloko ugcina isiciko sivaliwe!
