- 500 g Umgubo wokupela opheleleyo
- 1 tsp Isiqholo sesonka esikhethiweyo

- Xuba amanzi kunye negwele kunye noshukela 🙂
- Gaya imbewu kajongilanga kwaye uyongeze kunye nomgubo we-gluten-free kwaye udibanise yonke into ibe yintlama kwaye uxoke malunga nemizuzu engama-3.
- Ndivumela inhlama ukuba iphumle iiyure ezi-4, ndiphinde ndixoke, ndimise umzimba, ndiwubeke kwi-mold, ndiyinqumle emzimbeni kwaye ndiyivumele iphakame enye imizuzu engama-60, uze ubhaka kwi-180 degrees imizuzu engama-50.
