Izithako
Ukhetho:
- 30 g I-clove yegalikhi, entsha
- 30 g Ijinja, (jonga inqaku)
- 3 tbsp Icoconut iswekile yesundu, emdaka
- 150 g amanzi
- 2 g Umhluzi wemifuno, i-granulated
- 2 tbsp Iviniga yewayini yerayisi
- 2 tbsp Ijusi yelime
- 1 tbsp Isosi yeentlanzi, ukukhanya
- 5 Amagqabi e-kaffir lime, amatsha okanye amkhenkce
- 1 tsp (igcwele) Umgubo weTapioca
- 1 tbsp I-Rice Wine, (Arak Masak)
Ukuhombisa:
- Iintyatyambo kunye namagqabi

- Geza iipepile (cabe besar merah) kwaye usike isiqu. Cap kunye ne-peel ii-clove zegalikhi kuzo zombini iziphelo. Geza, uhlambulule kwaye unqumle i-ginger ibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci. Beka amanzi epanini kwaye uzise kwi-thumba. Dissolve imifuno yemifuno kuyo kunye ne-steam izithako ezivela kwi-pepperoni ukuya kwi-ginger kwi-sieve ene-lid phezu kwayo imizuzu eyi-15.
