Ngeetumato zecaramelized:

- 6 iphepha Basil
imiyalelo
- Ukutshisa i-oven ukuya kuma-degrees angama-180 (ubushushu obuphezulu kunye nezantsi). Geza utamatisi kwisidiliya, susa i-stalk kwaye usike i-pulp ibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci.
