Idiphu yequark yeyogathi:
- 150 g Yogurt 10% amafutha
- 50 g I-quark enamafutha aphantsi
- 50 g Ushizi wekrimu egayiweyo
- 1 tsp Ipepile yegalikhi
- 1 tsp Ityuwa enongwe
- Imifuno njengoko unqwenela!
Isithinteli semifuno:
- 1 amancinane Iminqatha
- 1 amancinane Ipelepele ebomvu
- 2 I-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo
- 200 g I-quark enamafutha aphantsi
- 50 g Umgubo wengqolowa opheleleyo
- 2 Ubungakanani bamaqanda M
- 100 ml ubisi olunamafutha aphantsi
- 1 tsp Ityuwa enongwe
- 1 tsp Ipepile yegalikhi
- I-nutmeg entsha egayiweyo
- Iphepha lesikhumba

- Hlanganisa i-yoghurt, i-quark kunye ne-cream cheese. Ixesha lokungcamla nge-garip pepper kunye netyuwa enongwe kwaye wongeze imifuno. Beka ecaleni.
Isithinteli semifuno:
- I-Peel i-carrot kwaye uyinqumle kakuhle. Coca, uhlambe kwaye unqumle iipepile. Sika i-anyanisi yasentwasahlobo ibe ngamakhonkco amahle kwaye uhlambe.
Ukutshisa i-oven ukuya kwii-220 degrees!
- Hlanganisa imifuno elungiselelwe kunye ne-quark, umgubo, amaqanda, ubisi kunye neziqholo kwaye uvumele ukuphakama kancinci!
- Umgca wephepha lokubhaka ngephepha lesikhumba kwaye udibanise imifuno kunye ne-quark phezulu. Bhaka kwi-oven kude kube nsundu yegolide. Malunga nemizuzu engama-20. (+ -)
- Hlukanisa i-quark kwiitya ezincinci. Yahlula i-puffer ibe ngamaqhekeza ama-4 kwaye uphake! 🙂
