Izithako zesaladi yebhatata yebhatata

- 50 g Umfula
- 200 g Iintyikrakra
- 500 g Ibhotolo ecacisiweyo
- Ityuwa, ipepile kwi-mill
- 1 IPc. I-lemon wedge yokukhonza
- 1 kg Iitapile ezimanzi

- 0,25 l Umhluzi
- 1 IPc. Itswele
- 1 IPc. I-clove yegalikhi
- 4 tbsp Ioyile ekhutshiwe
- 1 tbsp Lwesardard
- Pepper kwi-grinder
- 3 tbsp Iviniga emhlophe yewayini
- 200 g lettuce yegusha
- 1 tbsp Ioyile yembewu yethanga
imiyalelo
- Okokuqala, i-schnitzel ye-veal ihlanjululwe ngokukhawuleza kunye ne-tenderizer yenyama kwaye ixutywe ngetyuwa kunye nepepper kwi-mill. Emva koko vula i-schnitzel kumgubo, amaqanda kwaye ekugqibeleni kwi-breadcrumbs.
- Ukushisa ibhotela ecacileyo epanini kwaye ungeze i-schnitzel. Kubalulekile: kufuneka zigqunywe ngamafutha. Jika kube kanye ngononophelo kwaye emva koko ukhuphe kwiphepha lasekhitshini.
Lungisa isaladi yetapile:
- Ubilise iitapile, uhlambulule ulusu kwaye unqumle ube ngamaqhekeza amancinci. Hlanganisa ukugqoka ukusuka kumhluzi, i-anyanisi eqoshiwe, i-clove yegalikhi eqoshiwe, ioli ye-rapeseed, i-mustard, iviniga, ityuwa kunye nepepper kwaye uyithululele phezu kwezilayi zeetapile.
