Crispy grilled chicken wings with a fiery accent

For the chicken wings
- 1 קג הינדל פליגל
- 3 טאַבלע ייל בוימל
- 3 טבספּ סוי סאָוס
- 2 טבספּ פּאָמידאָר פּאַססאַטאַ
- קסנומקס טבספּ האָניק
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 טבספּ סמאָוקט פּאַפּריקאַ
- 2 צפּ ים זאַלץ
- black pepper, freshly ground
פֿאַר די פּאָמידאָר קלעם:
- 1.5 kg ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 רויט פעפער פעפער, דייסט
- 2 שאַלץ, געהאַקט
- 1 fresh chili, deseeded
- 2 קנאָבל קלאָוועס, געהאַקט
- 100 ג סאַנדרעד טאַמאַטאָוז, פיינלי געהאַקט
- 2 טבספּ ברוין צוקער
- 2 tablespoons sherry or herb vinegar
- 200g Genovese pesto
- salt, cayenne pepper
For the chicken wings
הינדל פליגל:
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, tomato passata, honey, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a marinade. Rub the wings well with the marinade and leave covered for approx. 2-3 hours in the fridge.
- Then grill it indirectly at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until crispy and enjoy with the fiery tomato jam.
Tomato jam
- Put the vegetables, sugar, and vinegar in a flat saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce for approx. 15 minutes while stirring. Puree with a blender and pass through a hair sieve.
- Mix with Pesto Genovese and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
