Ara India Barramundi Fillet pẹlu Ori ododo irugbin bi ẹfọ
Fillet ara India ni pipe ti barramundi pẹlu ohunelo iresi ori ododo irugbin bi ẹfọ pẹlu aworan kan ati awọn ilana igbesẹ-nipasẹ-igbesẹ ti o rọrun.
Obe:
- 1 Alubosa kekere
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 1 clove ti ata ilẹ
- 2 tbsp Agbon epo
- 1 tsp Koriander ilẹ titun
- 1 tsp kumini ilẹ
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala from my KB
- 200 g ge tomati itoju
- 200 milimita Agbon wara
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 fun pọ Telly ṣẹẹri ata
- 1 tbsp orombo oje
Barramundi:
- 500 g Barramundi fillet
- 1 tbsp orombo oje
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 fun pọ Telly ṣẹẹri ata
- 2 tbsp epo rapeseed
Iresi ori ododo irugbin bi ẹfọ:
- 600 g Ori ododo irugbin bi ẹfọ titun
- 2 tbsp epo rapeseed
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 fun pọ Tellicherry ata
- 1 fun pọ nutmeg titun grated
Fun obe:
- 2 tsp Madras Korri
- 2 tsp Imole pupa ata
Obe:
- Pe alubosa ati ata ilẹ, ge daradara. Mọ, wẹ ati si ṣẹ awọn ata. Gún epo agbon ninu pan kan ki o din alubosa naa. Din coriander, kumini, turmeric, garam masala ati curry ni ṣoki! Fi paprika kun ati ki o din-din ni ṣoki, ge pẹlu awọn tomati diced ati wara agbon. Akoko lati lenu pẹlu iyo, ata ati orombo oje! Fi sinu satelaiti yan!
Baramundi: (Ṣaju adiro si iwọn 75!)
- Mu ẹja naa pẹlu oje orombo wewe, akoko pẹlu iyo ati ata! Mu epo naa sinu pan kan ki o wẹ ẹja naa fun iṣẹju 1 ni ẹgbẹ kọọkan! Lẹhinna fi ẹja naa sori obe ti a pese silẹ. Cook ni adiro fun bii iṣẹju 15!
Iresi ori ododo irugbin bi ẹfọ:
- Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into florets, clean and wash! Grate in a food processor / cheese slicer. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower until crispy. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg! BY THE WAY, YOU CAN THINK IT’S REALLY RICE! 😀
