- Geza udali nobhontshisi bese ucwilisa emanzini ubusuku bonke. Pheka udali nobhontshisi kanye namanzi amaningi ku-steamer imizuzu engu-20. Ungawakhiphi amanzi ngemuva kokubilisa!
- Phakathi naleso sikhathi,ncibilikisa i-ghee epanini, ujuluke imbewu ye-cumin, i-ginger ne-garlic paste kanye no-anyanisi oqoshiwe.
