- 1 tbsp Ingxube ye-Herbal

Imiyalelo
- Hlukanisa inyama yengulube ngobude bese uyisika ibe yimichilo. Isizini nge-pepper kanye ne-paprika. Fry kafushane nge-1 tbsp ibhotela elicacisiwe epanini ngaphandle kokupheka inyama. Dlulisa epanini uye epuleti elijulile.
- Dice u-anyanisi, hlanza amakhowe futhi uthathe tincetu. Fry kokubili epanini kulo lonke ibhotela elicacisiwe kuze kube nsundu yegolide, ujuluke u-garlic ochotshoziwe noma ochotshoziwe kafushane, bese uthuli yonke into ngofulawa.
