I-Indian Style Barramundi Fillet ene-Cauliflower Rice

I-Indian fillet ye-barramundi ephelele eneresiphi yerayisi ye-cauliflower enesithombe nemiyalo elula yesinyathelo nesinyathelo.

I-Sauce:

  • 1 anyanisi omncane
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 I-clove yegalikhi
  • 2 tbsp Amafutha kakhukhunathi
  • 1 tsp I-coriander entsha egayiwe
  • 1 tsp i-cumin ephansi
  • 1 tsp i-turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala from my KB
  • 200 g utamatisi oqoshiwe
  • 200 ml Ubisi lukakhukhunathi
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 ithisipuni ye-Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 tbsp ijusi ye-lime

I-Barramundi:

  • 500 g i-Barramundi fillet
  • 1 tbsp ijusi ye-lime
  • 1 pinch Sea-Salt
  • 1 ithisipuni ye-Telly cherry pepper
  • 2 tbsp amafutha e-rapeseed

Ilayisi likakholifulawa:

  • 600 g ukholifulawa fresh
  • 2 tbsp amafutha e-rapeseed
  • 1 pinch Sea-Salt
  • 1 isipuni se-Tellicherry pepper
  • I-pinch engu-1 I-nutmeg entsha egayiwe

Okwe-sauce:

  • 2 tsp Madras curry
  • 2 tsp Upelepele obomvu ochotshoziwe

I-Sauce:

  1. Hlanza u-anyanisi nogalikhi, usike kahle. Hlanza, geza futhi usike upelepele. Shisisa amafutha kakhukhunathi epanini bese uthosa u-anyanisi. Rosa i-coriander, i-cumin, i-turmeric, i-garam masala kanye ne-curry kafushane! Engeza i-paprika futhi gazinga kafushane, deglaze utamatisi osikiwe nobisi lukakhukhunathi. Isizini ukunambitha ngosawoti, pepper kanye nejusi likalamula! Faka endishini yokubhaka!

I-Baramundi: (Preheat oven ukuya ku-75 degrees!)

  1. Gcoba inhlanzi ngejusi ye-lime, inkathi ngosawoti kanye nopelepele! Shisisa amafutha epanini bese usesha izinhlanzi ngomzuzu ongu-1 ohlangothini ngalunye! Bese ubeka izinhlanzi ku-sauce elungiselelwe. Pheka kuhhavini cishe imizuzu eyi-15!

Ilayisi likakholifulawa:

  1. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into florets, clean and wash! Grate in a food processor / cheese slicer. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower until crispy. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg! BY THE WAY, YOU CAN THINK IT’S REALLY RICE! 😀
  2. Sabalalisa kumapuleti, ufafaze i-Pul Biber futhi uphake! 🙂
