- Geza i-zucchini nezaqathe, uthathe izingcezu ezincane. Hlanza i-garlic kanye ne-ginger futhi uthathe izingcezu ezincane. Gcoba yonke into ngamafutha epanini imizuzu embalwa. Faka amanzi nemifino, vumela imifino ibilise ize ithambe.
