- 100 g imbewu Chia
- 300 ml Amanzi ashisayo
- 3 amaqanda
- 500 ml I-Buttermilk
- 3 tbsp Cream

- Hlanganisa ama-alimondi, ukhukhunathi ocolile, amakhoba e-psyllium, i-baking powder nosawoti endishini enkulu. Thela amanzi ashisayo phezu kwembewu ye-chia ngokuhlukana, gxuma futhi uvuvuke futhi uvumele ukupholisa kancane.
- Preheat ihhavini ukuya ku-200 °. Beka indishi yamanzi phansi kuhhavini. Faka ithreyi ngephepha lokubhaka.
